Announcement: Pushpa Publishing House Scientific announces to launch a new open-access journal named Advances in Food & Dairy Sciences and their Emerging Technologies, with its first issue commencing in 2026. Manuscripts submitted for the inaugural issue will be made available online promptly upon completion of all requisite formalities.
Aim and Scope: Advances in Food & Dairy Sciences and their Emerging Technologies is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to the publication of original research articles covering various aspects of new developments in emerging technologies in Nutritional Sciences, Food Sciences, Dietetics, and Dairy.
